GlowPath Ventures LLC ("GlowPath Ventures," "we," "us") provides digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, web design, and web development services on an engagement or subscription basis. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to those services.

Billing Errors

If you are charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount due to a processing mistake on our part — notify us within 30 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount.

Service Retainers and Monthly Engagements

Most of our services (SEO, social media management, content marketing, ongoing website maintenance) are billed monthly in advance. Because work begins as soon as a billing cycle starts, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once work has commenced. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Project-Based Work (Website Design & Development)

For fixed-scope projects such as website design or development, an initial deposit secures your project slot and covers discovery and planning work; this deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel a project after work has begun but before delivery, you will be invoiced for the proportion of work completed to date, and any remaining balance of your prepayment will be refunded.

Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Our management fee for running paid ad campaigns is separate from your ad spend. Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is billed and controlled by those platforms and is not refundable by GlowPath Ventures once a campaign has gone live, in line with each platform's own billing terms.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel a service or request a refund, email us with "Cancellation Request" or "Refund Request" in the subject line, including your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
